Anyone can publish, but not everyone is interesting. As much as anything, that simple observation explains why content marketing, and content curation as a way of approaching content marketing, makes more sense than it might have in the past. Also, in the recent past, gathering an audience has relied more on traditional search engine optimization techniques such as link-building and keyword strategies. These days, it is just as sensible to rely on a content-rich approach that uses storytelling and "interesting" and "useful" content to drive prospect attention.
