      Some studies now suggest that "storytelling" is linear for "Digital Immigrants" ("older people") and non-linear for Millennials. Digital immigrants are intuitively linear. Stories are best told with a beginning, middle, and end. Digital Natives still want a beginning, middle and end, but they will accept it in any order. Digital Natives are subconsciously switching between platforms and can pick up different pieces of a story from different mediums in any order.
